No. The organizer-side platform fee applies whether you assign officials yourself or delegate to an assigner, and assigners cannot change pay rates. Assigner fees are negotiated privately between the organizer and the assigner — visible only to those two parties — and still appear as a line item in the organizer's event labor expense report.
